Rexel UK is seeking a Demand Planner to join our Procurement & Inventory team, forecasting demand across products to ensure availability and lean stock in the UK network. You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to align forecasts with import schedules and commercial objectives, supporting strong stock availability and efficient inventory performance UK-wide.

Qualifications

• Strong demand forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP, MRP or planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of international shipping, Incoterms and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning across the range.
• Lead imported-line purchasing aligned to logistics/branch needs.
• Align stakeholders with a single version of the plan and timelines.
• Manage product lifecycle and data from launch to exit.
• Protect inventory health by spotting demand shifts and mitigating risks.
• Improve performance via KPI management, promotions, seasonality planning.
