Knowledge House Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager for an established team in Aylesford. You will manage existing customer accounts, build strong relationships, identify opportunities and ensure a high level of service.

This predominantly office-based role includes occasional visits to customers and full training on bespoke systems and products, enabling you to grow industry knowledge across relevant sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal account management is required.
• Industry background in manufacturing, water, food, ports/aviation, or other B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop existing customer accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service.
• Predominantly office-based role with occasional customer visits about once per quarter.
• Learn bespoke internal systems and product knowledge through full training.
