Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, call centre, or similar).
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Interest in avionics, electronics, GPS systems, or technology.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities for Viavi products and services.
• Support field sales with administrative tasks and quotes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and sales activity in the CRM.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Viavi's roadmap.
• Participate in sales training and development programs.
