Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer facing role (retail, call centre, marketing, etc).
• People oriented with good communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Good presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience of MS packages and/or CRM system.
• Interest in Avionics, Electronics, GPS systems or how technology works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture customer relationships to identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for Viavi products and services.
• Collaborate closely with the field sales teams to support on administrative tasks.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Viavi's product roadmap.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
