AVI-SPL is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our outbound sales team in Central London, working onsite. You will manage transactional quotes and orders, onboard new customers, and ensure a smooth, positive experience across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or outbound sales environments.
• Ability to meet personal KPI’s and GP targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calling a combination of existing customers as well as cold calling.
• Calling to re-engage lapsed customers.
• Fact finding and identifying key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Profiling customer records and updating the CRM.
• Achieve personal KPI’s and business objectives.
• Exceeding GP targets.
• Data cleansing as and when required.
