HB People Recruitment & HR Specialists is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for UK infrastructure opportunities. You will lead end-to-end capture of major tenders, build strategic client relationships, and identify large contracts and national frameworks.

The role is hybrid, based in Manchester or Scotland with UK-wide travel, offering a generous £80k+ package and a strong benefits regime as part of an established infrastructure business.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in infrastructure business development.
• Experience winning large contracts and/or national frameworks.
• Established relationships with senior stakeholders and major national clients.

• Develop and convert a strong pipeline of national opportunities
• Build relationships with major clients and key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue large contracts and frameworks
• Lead opportunities from initial conversation through to commercial close
• Support major tenders, bids and contract renewals
• Grow existing strategic accounts alongside winning new business
• Provide accurate pipeline, forecasting and market intelligence
• Travel nationally to develop and maintain client relationships
