IFS is seeking an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering to drive growth through AI-enabled solutions within targeted industry verticals. The role involves close collaboration with sales, presales, R&D and services to mobilize offerings and expand customer value.

The ideal candidate brings significant enterprise software leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to define scalable offerings, with Agile expertise guiding cross-functional execution and strategic GTM

Qualifications

Significant practical and management experience in the enterprise software industry.
Commercial solutioning experience (envisaging, defining, scoping, scaling offerings).
Ability to discuss real-world customer value in business terms with impact.
Hands-on technical experience in the industry to understand technologies and challenges.

Responsabilités

Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities.
Ensure sales teams are aligned and militantly prepared ahead of customer workshops.
Be with customers in their environments, engaging with executive decision makers and end-users.
Shape the GTM approach for a specific customer using AI portfolio capabilities.
Drive a culture of speed and quality of execution.
Stay abreast of industry trends and breakthroughs within the vertical.
Champion the customer(s) within IFS.
