IFS is seeking an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering to drive growth across AI-enabled solutions in a major vertical. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on influence across sales, R&D, presales and services to win opportunities.

Qualifications

Extensive practical and management experience in enterprise software within the specified industry vertical.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and customer value in complex enterprise environments.
Strong leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, presales, R&D and services.

Responsibilities

Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities within the industry vertical.
Ensure sales teams are aligned and prepared ahead of customer workshops.
Engage with customers in their environments, including executives and end-users.
Shape GTM approach using AI portfolio capabilities while respecting broader IFS products.
Drive culture of speed and quality of execution.
Monitor industry trends and breakthroughs in the vertical; act as industry evangelist.
Advocate for customers within IFS and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
