Qualifications

• Significant practical and management experience in the enterprise software industry, inside the specified industry vertical.
• Commercial solutioning experience (envisaging, defining, scoping, scaling offerings).
• Ability to discuss practical examples of unlocking customer value in a business context (benchmarked, proven value).
• Significant hands-on technical experience in the industry.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Understanding of key industry trends in the field.
• Understanding of commercial topics and financial drivers for a Customer and IFS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS/Engineering/IT.
• Industry qualifications.
• Mastery of agile concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities in the industry GTM strategy.
• Ensure sales teams are aligned and prepared before customer workshops.
• Be with customers in their environments with executives and end-users.
• Shape the GTM approach for specific customers using AI portfolio capabilities.
• Drive a culture of speed and quality of execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends and breakthroughs in the vertical.
• Champion the customer within IFS and evangelize GTM and product strategies.
