Job summary

IFS is seeking a GTM Lead for IFS.ai Operational Intelligence to own the global revenue and go-to-market engine. You will connect customer needs with product and field execution, accelerating growth and adoption worldwide.

This is a high-impact, builder role reporting to the Industrial AI leadership. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales and Customer Success to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM, SaaS or industrial tech commercial leadership.
• Proven revenue growth and pipeline management experience.
• Experience building scalable go-to-market motions for growth products.
• Ability to engage with executive, operational and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the global revenue target and pipeline for Operational Intelligence.
• Design and scale land-and-expand motions and sales plays.
• Partner with product to translate roadmap investments into commercial narratives.
• Collaborate with field CTO, presales and marketing to maximize win rates.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement and Partners around a shared GTM strategy.
