Job summary

• Strong strategic planning and operational leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Defining and delivering a long-term implementation strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

• Owning governance, methodologies, quality assurance, controls and continuous improvement.
• Building the capability, identity and professional maturity of the Implementation function.
• Creating direction and accountability in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Driving delivery innovation, automation, tooling and management information improvements.
• Leading workforce planning, succession planning, coaching, recruitment and organisational development.
• Managing resource planning and capacity to meet portfolio demand.
• Providing senior oversight of strategic and high-risk customer implementations.
