System C is seeking an experienced Head of Implementation Delivery to lead our implementation function and shape the future of customer delivery. The role sits within Technical Consulting and requires defining strategy, building capability and ensuring delivery excellence across complex programmes.

You will oversee governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement, while building a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes and value

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in implementation, professional services, or technology delivery.
• Proven ability to scale or transform delivery functions.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication with executive teams.

• Define and deliver long-term implementation strategy aligned with customer needs.
• Lead a large multidisciplinary implementation organisation.
• Own governance, quality assurance, controls and continuous improvement.
• Build capability and professional maturity of the implementation function.
• Provide direction in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Drive delivery innovation, tooling and management information improvements.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and development.
• Manage resource planning to meet portfolio demand.
• Provide senior oversight of strategic and high-risk implementations.
