Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a HRBP role. You will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals in a fully office-based setting across a rural location in the UK.

The ideal candidate holds CIPD Level 5 or higher, has independent HRBP experience, and can handle complex employee relations and change management.

Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Business Partner, or a Senior HR Advisor ready to move into a HRBP post, to join an established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous HR professional to working directly with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with wider commercial goals and making a genuine impact across the organisation.

Salary is between £50,000 - £54,000. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

This is a fully office-based position and, due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Duties:

• Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business goals into practical workforce plans, talent strategies, and organisational designs
• Coaching and Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and managers regarding performance, leadership, and team development
• Change Management: Leads organisational restructuring, culture shifts, and agile working models within specific business units
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and analytics to diagnose workforce challenges, forecast talent needs, and measure the impact of people initiatives
• Complex Employee Relations: Handle high-level or escalated employee relations issues, structural changes, and risk mitigationBenefits:

Experience required:

• CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum
• Experience working independently at a HR Business Partner level
• Experience working as a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up
• Clean Criminal Record: Must have no criminal convictions
• DBS Check: A clean Enhanced DBS check is required. If you do not possess a current, transferable DBS check, a risk assessment will be carried out whilst DBS check is carried out
