Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join an established team in a rural UK location. You will work directly with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with commercial goals and make a real impact across the organisation.

This fully office-based role requires CIPD Level 5, independent HRBP experience, and a clean DBS check. A full UK driving licence and access to own transport are essential given the rural setting.

Qualifications

Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Business Partner to join an established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous HR professional to working directly with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with wider commercial goals and making a genuine impact across the organisation.

Salary is between £50,000 - £55,000. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

This is a fully office-based position and, due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Duties:

• Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business goals into practical workforce plans, talent strategies, and organisational designs
• Coaching and Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and managers regarding performance, leadership, and team development
• Change Management: Leads organisational restructuring, culture shifts, and agile working models within specific business units
• Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and analytics to diagnose workforce challenges, forecast talent needs, and measure the impact of people initiatives
• Complex Employee Relations: Handle high-level or escalated employee relations issues, structural changes, and risk mitigationBenefits:

Experience required:

• CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum
• Experience working independently at a HR Business Partner level
