Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for an interim assignment based in Manchester, with travel to Nottingham and London as required. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, organisation design, budgets and talent management across a multi-site operation.

The position requires proven Senior HRBP experience in a complex, fast-paced environment, ideally within distribution/logistics or FMCG, and CIPD qualification or equivalent HR senior experience.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP with experience in fast-paced operational settings.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing or FMCG preferred.
• Strong workforce planning, budgeting and people analytics skills.
• Comfort navigating senior stakeholder relationships and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into a people plan with senior ops leaders.
• Lead strategic workforce and headcount planning for distribution centres.
• Deliver a defined people project with stakeholders and outcomes.
• Oversee HR data analytics to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
• Support organisation design and change for operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Strengthen talent agenda through succession planning and development.
• Coach senior leaders with pragmatic, trusted leadership.
