Job summary

Greencore is seeking an interim Lead People Partner to oversee the regional HR function for nine distribution centres across the South of England and Wales. The role is based at Hatfield and requires travel to sites within the southern region.

You will partner with site leaders, drive people priorities, manage employee relations, and coach line managers to improve performance while ensuring policy compliance and data protection.

Qualifications

• CIPD MCIPD or FCIPD qualification.
• Substantial HR/People leadership experience in fast-paced multi-site settings.
• Experience in food manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and ER practice.
• Experience with diverse workforce and coaching leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional People team across nine distribution centres.
• Deploy people priorities with site and functional leaders.
• Develop line-manager capability through coaching.
• Oversee employee relations and union engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and data protection.
