Job summary

Loom Talent is hiring an HR Business Partner based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands. This full-time role sits within the People Partnering team and focuses on supporting Warehouse, Logistics and Distribution operations.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives, HR policies, performance management and employee relations across the site. A proactive, commercial HR partner with operational experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner with operational exposure.
• Experience partnering with logistics/warehouse teams is preferred.

Responsibilities
