Alliance Healthcare is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the UK ELT, delivering strategic people solutions and leading major transformation programmes. The role focuses on organisation design, workforce planning, talent and succession, and complex change initiatives across AH UK.

You will work in a remote-based role with travel across the UK network, engaging Centres of Excellence and delivering high-quality people outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in strategically impactful HR Business Partnering roles.
• Experience delivering transformation, organisation design and workforce planning.
• Comfortable partnering and influencing at senior/executive level.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex people transformation programmes including organisation design and large-scale workforce change.
• Act as trusted strategic advisor to ELT and leaders, coaching to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Drive talent management and succession planning, facilitate talent reviews and development actions.
• Use people data and analytics to identify risks/opportunities and influence decisions.
• Develop integrated people plans aligned to business strategy and organisational needs.
• Support HR cycles including performance, compensation, and enterprise talent programmes.
• Lead HR workstreams for acquisitions, integrations, TUPE and change initiatives.
