Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the key interface between HR and senior leaders across Alliance Healthcare UK. The role focuses on transformation, organisational design, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness, with strategic advisory and delivery responsibility.

Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Chessington; leading complex change programmes, talent reviews and TUPE activities in a matrix HR model, partnering with Centres of Excellence to align people

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in strategically impactful HR Business Partnering roles.
• Proven track record delivering transformation and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive level leaders.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations; unionised experience beneficial.
• CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HR workstreams including acquisitions, integrations, TUPE, and change programmes.
• Provide strategic advisory to ELT and ELT-1 leaders with coaching.
• Drive talent management and succession planning; conduct talent reviews.
• Use people data and analytics to identify risks and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent, Reward, Recruitment and Shared Services to deliver solutions.
• Support cyclical HR activity and enterprise talent programmes.
• Travel across AH UK's network including Chessington office; remote-based role.
