Zusammenfassung

Care Concern Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with our UK operations. This home-based role requires travel across the south region and reports to the Group HR Director.

You will drive performance, support senior leaders, and ensure practices meet UK employment law. You will partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, provide coaching on ER, talent development, and change initiatives, and collaborate with CoEs on recruitment, learning, and DEI.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven HRBP experience in a UK-based organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver the people strategy.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching on ER, performance, and development.
• Lead or support HR projects such as restructuring, TUPE, workforce planning.
• Manage complex employee relations cases in line with UK law.
• Collaborate with HR CoEs in recruitment, learning & development.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support DEI initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
• Ensure policies are updated and applied consistently.
