Job summary

Cencora, Alliance Healthcare UK, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals. You will partner with ELT-1 leaders, drive transformation, and lead workforce planning and succession efforts within AH UK.

Based primarily in a remote capacity with travel to Chessington, you will operate within the HR Operating Model and collaborate with Talent, Reward, and Shared Services to deliver impactful people solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant prior experience in strategically impactful HR Business Partnering roles.
• Proven track record of delivering through transformation, organisation design and workforce planning.
• Comfortable partnering and influencing at senior/executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex people transformation programmes, including organisation design and large-scale workforce change.
• Advise ELT/ELT-1 leaders with commercially focused people guidance and coaching.
• Drive talent management and succession planning across client groups.
