Job summary

The Football Association is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a major casual workforce transformation. You will shape the future operating model for casual workers across events, teams and FA Learning, ensuring compliance, commercial viability and positive colleague experience.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance and Technology to design and implement the programme, manage stakeholders and deliver outcomes within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application.
• Proven ability to build business cases and implement change.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strategic programme assessing the impact of reforms on casual workforce.
• Review contracts, policies, processes and technology solutions.
• Develop future workforce model options with compliance and experience in mind.
• Build business cases, implementation plans and govern engagement with senior leaders.
• Identify risks, dependencies and legislative developments and manage them.
