Job summary

360 Care Group in London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR workstream during a major workforce transformation. The role involves moving from agency to direct employment, developing contracts, policies, and systems while partnering with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational HR role (HR Manager/HR Business Partner).
• Experience leading workforce transformation or HR change projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR workstream of the workforce transformation from agency to direct employment.
• Develop and implement contracts, HR policies, processes and systems for the new model.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and leadership to ensure a compliant transition.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary and capability matters.
