Job summary

360 Care Group in London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR workstream during a major workforce transformation. The role is hands-on and three days per week, combining strategic design with day-to-day HR activity and employee lifecycle support.

You will embed contracts, processes and policies for direct employment, working with Operations, Finance, Payroll and Talent to ensure a compliant transition and robust HR function for the future.

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience in an operational setting.
• Experience leading workforce transformation or HR change projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical ER experience.
• Experience developing HR policies and employment documentation.
• Experience coaching managers on people issues and managing HR risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR workstream of the workforce transformation from agency to direct employment.
• Develop and implement contracts, HR policies, processes and systems for the new model.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Payroll, Talent and leadership to ensure a smooth transition.
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle; manage documentation and compliance.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
• Build manager capability through coaching and training.
• Support investigations and formal meetings when required.
• Ensure HR records meet employment law, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
• Develop HR reporting and workforce data to inform leadership decisions.
• Support wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives.
