The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead seeks a Head of HR Business Partnering to provide strategic leadership within our HR Service. This full-time, permanent role is hybrid, with three days a week in Maidenhead Town Hall, and a salary of £69,083 to £75,442 per annum.

Reporting to the Assistant Director – HR, Corporate Projects and IT, you will lead HR business partner support, advise on workforce planning, change, TUPE transfers, and health and safety, while ensuring statutory compliance and

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading multiple HR areas.
• Advising on organisational change including TUPE transfers.
• Expert knowledge of employment law and complex case advice.
• Experience providing senior business partner support in a complex organisation.
• Proven customer service leadership and team delivery.
• Experience with budget management and procurement exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR business partner delivery, including employee relations and health and safety.
• Advise executive leaders on strategic workforce planning.
• Drive talent management, leadership development, succession planning and performance improvement.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, restructures and organisational change.
