Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to provide strategic leadership across the HR service, aligning statutory requirements with business goals. This role will ensure cohesion with the organisation’s priorities and deliver high-quality HR support to managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multiple HR areas and operations.
• Experience advising and supporting organisational change including TUPE transfers.
• Expert knowledge of employment law and complex case advice.
• Experience delivering senior business partner support in a large, complex org.
• Strong customer service leadership and team delivery.
• Experience with revenue and capital budgets and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of HR business partner support including employee relations, OD and health & safety.
• Provide expert advice to executive leaders on strategic workforce planning.
• Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning and performance improvement.
• Advise on complex employee relations cases, restructures and TUPE transfers.
• Guide health & safety matters to meet statutory requirements.
