Churchill Estates Management, a Churchill Retirement PLC subsidiary, is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders and deliver expert HR guidance. The role is based in Ringwood with some travel, working 37 hours weekly across Monday to Friday, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will lead people initiatives, advise on employment law, and collaborate with the Training Academy to enhance manager effectiveness and colleague engagement in a multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified with CIPD membership or equivalent with proven HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy, best practice and processes.
• Experience delivering proactive HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the business growth and HR objectives.
• Support Senior Leadership and Managers on people-related matters.
• Provide expert advice on HR policy, best practice and processes.
• Assess capability of People Managers and collaborate with Training Academy.
• Coach and mentor Senior Leadership to ensure colleagues feel valued and supported.
• Provide expert employment law advice considering precedent.
• Utilise HR data and analytics to guide people initiatives.
• Stay updated on salary benchmarking and benefits.
• Drive continuous improvement of people processes.
