Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP/HR advisor in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using HR data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to implement people initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and legislation.
• Coach on performance, absence, and development.
• Use data to identify trends and mitigate risks.
• Support recruitment, talent development and succession.
