Job summary

Churchill Services is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to provide expert employee relations and operational HR support across our social housing division, Chequers, based in Orpington, Kent, with national travel.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with operational leaders to guide complex ER matters, drive change initiatives, and deliver proactive people solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise with compliant advice.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to drive outcomes.
• Experience supporting organisational change, including restructures and TUPE.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards; UK driving licence; willing to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to operational managers across the division.
• Lead and support complex Employee Relations cases ensuring legislative compliance.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capability.
• Support organisational change initiatives including restructures and TUPE activity.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Learning & Development and TUPE teams to deliver solutions.
