Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Capital Delivery teams on major infrastructure projects. You will translate business goals into people strategies, lead organisational design and drive succession, culture and ability to grow leadership across the function.

You'll partner with Directors to shape workforce planning and use metrics to influence decisions, ensuring compliance and a high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a matrix environment and linking people strategies to growth.
• Proven track record in organisational design, workforce planning and people change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business objectives into practical people strategies.
• Lead organisational design initiatives and support transformation programmes.
• Provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle and promote an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify risks and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
