Job summary

Anglian Water Services is offering a Graduate People role in Peterborough, Hybrid. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, L&D, HR Projects, people analytics and early careers within the Capital Delivery business area.

Starting September 2027, you will work with experienced People professionals, developing practical HR skills while contributing to real projects and initiatives that matter to communities and customers.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across recruitment, learning and development, HR Projects, people analytics, early careers and colleague initiatives.
• Work with experienced People professionals across Capital Delivery to support projects and people initiatives.
• Contribute from day one by bringing ideas and collaborating on real HR workstreams.
