Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team at the International Head Office in Oldham. You will act as a strategic partner to local leadership, aligning people initiatives with business goals and driving organisational effectiveness in a matrix environment.

You will collaborate with global HR and Centres of Excellence to ensure consistency while addressing local requirements, manage complex employee relations, and support recruitment and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or CIPD qualification.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage HR metrics to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
• Experience supporting commercial and support functions within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Progressive HR experience including business partnering across multiple regions or countries.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, organisational change and engagement.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to understand objectives, workforce dynamics and talent needs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, development and engagement.
• Develop and implement people plans that support business priorities and growth.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure policy alignment while addressing local needs.
• Support organisational change initiatives and lead HR projects across the business.
• Analyse HR metrics to assess programme effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Support recruitment for key regional roles and sourcing candidates.
