Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner at our International Head Office in Oldham, Manchester.

You will act as a strategic partner to local leadership, aligning people initiatives with business goals and driving organisational effectiveness in a matrix environment. You will collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and leaders to implement practical people solutions, manage complex employee relations, and lead or support HR projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with business partnering across multiple regions or countries.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Experience working within a matrix organisation partnering with leaders and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to understand business objectives, workforce challenges and talent needs.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development and engagement.
• Work with leaders to develop and implement people plans that support growth.
• Collaborate with global HR and Centres of Excellence for consistency and local alignment.
• Support organisational change initiatives and manage transitions.
• Drive engagement and retention through effective communication and targeted initiatives.
