Job summary

ID Logistics in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a Strategic Advisor to the Site Senior Leadership team. You will align HR initiatives with business objectives, drive organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, employee engagement and change management across the site.

You will partner with the site GM to develop HR strategies, lead talent reviews, and manageChange management initiatives while ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience as HRBP in a large logistics or operational business at senior level.
• Strong ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Strategic Advisor to Site Senior Leadership to align HR with business goals.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management across the site.
• Manage client expectations, communications, timelines and HR deliverables in line with policy and legislation.
• Partner with GM/Snr team on organisational change initiatives including restructures and new operating models.
• Use people data to inform decisions and monitor trends in engagement, attrition and performance.
