We Are Adam in Slough, UK, is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to lead senior HR partnering across a global services organisation during a pivotal growth phase.

You will act as a credible adviser to senior leaders, drive workforce planning, lead organisational change, and deliver cross-functional HR projects, blending influence with rigor.

This 12-month role offers hybrid working two days in the office and a chance to shape people strategy at pace.

• Proven track record as a senior HRBP in global, complex organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across senior leaders.
• Experience leading workforce planning and organisational change.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive business outcomes.
