We Are Adam in Manchester seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, providing pragmatic, commercial HR support and driving people initiatives that enable the business to perform at its best. Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience working with Trade Unions and large-scale operations.
• Strong employment law knowledge and practical judgement.
• Commercial mindset with pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Support organisational change and transformation activity.
• Coach managers to lead confidently and consistently.
• Advise on ER, performance, engagement, and capability.
• Use people data to spot trends and drive decisions.
• Champion best practice while keeping things practical and human.
