Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a People Capability Business Partner (PCBP) for iGaming to partner with leaders and employees, translating strategy into day-to-day execution. You will support onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, and offboarding while balancing operational excellence with human-centered partnership.

The role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to drive engagement and retention across global teams in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a global HR Business Partner role.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple levels.
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Capability partner for assigned iGaming functions across teams.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on PC support across onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy.
• Support core People Capability processes including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Ensure leaders are prepared and supported through PC cycles.
