Job summary

Light & Wonder, a leader in iGaming, is seeking a People Capability Business Partner (PCBP) for the iGaming function. This role partners with leaders to translate people strategy into day-to-day execution across the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the Director, People Capability – iGaming.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a global HR Business Partner, supporting employees across multiple levels.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in a matrixed or global organization.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Capability partner for assigned iGaming functions across roles from IC to Senior Manager.
• Support workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on PC support across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations with confidence, fairness and empathy.
• Support core People Capability processes including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Coordinate with COEs to deliver enterprise-aligned HR programs.
