Job summary

Light & Wonder, a leader in iGaming content and software, seeks a People Capability Business Partner to translate people strategy into day-to-day execution across the full employee lifecycle. You will support leaders, balance operational excellence with a human-centered partnership, and drive engagement, performance, and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Business Partner in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting multiple levels of management across functions.
• Strong understanding of performance management, ER, and talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Capability partner for assigned iGaming functions, supporting leaders from IC through Senior Manager level.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness within supported groups.
• Provide hands-on People Capability support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, ER, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, coaching leaders through difficult conversations with fairness and empathy.
• Support core People Capability processes: performance reviews, compensation, and engagement surveys.
• Translate data, insights, and employee feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders.
