Job summary

RKW Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Head Office team in Stoke-on-Trent. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organisational change to enhance the employee experience.

You will lead strategic HR initiatives, including staff engagement, progression and retention, policy evaluation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or equivalent in a multi-site business
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently
• Customer service mindset with focus on employee experience
• Demonstrated success supporting organisational change and talent management
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, talent management and workforce planning
• Lead organisational change initiatives including restructures and transformations
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance engagement and retention
• Coach managers through performance management and development planning
• Review and improve HR policies to stay aligned with laws and regulations
• Coach and guide the HR Advisor team
• Support workforce planning and succession planning activities
• Collaborate with Payroll & Recruitment peers on HR projects and initiatives
