Job summary

Zenith Advisory Partners Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources department in the United Kingdom. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and leading HR projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end payroll with an external MSP, optimising HR systems, and delivering training for managers on HR policies and systems. CIPD Level 5 is required, with Level 7 often pursued.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or Advisor with commercially focused people solutions.
• Strong HRIS management, systems optimisation and HR tech understanding.
• Experience leading HR projects from planning to delivery.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead strategic HR projects including organisational change and policy development.
• Manage and optimise HR systems, including upgrades, testing, and data integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes with an external MSP, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes while ensuring legal compliance.
• Support workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Handle complex employee relations cases with pragmatic, fair outcomes.
• Design and deliver training and coaching for managers on HR policies and systems.
• Maintain and optimise the HR system.
