We Are Zenith is seeking an experienced People & Development Business Partner (HR Business Partner) to join the People & Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on employee relations, organisational change and strategic HR support for the business, with travel to Lancashire ca.

2–3 days per month. You will manage complex ER caseloads, advise managers on legislation and policy, support restructures and TUPE projects, and shape workforce planning with senior leaders

Formación

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
• Substantial experience in a generalist HR role at HRBP or senior HR advisory level.
• Strong employee relations experience with complex disciplinary, grievance and performance cases.
• Experience supporting organisational change including restructures and TUPE transfers.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience developing and interpreting HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide commercially focused HR advice.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and MI.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a varied and complex employee relations caseload.
• Advising managers on employment legislation and HR policies.
• Supporting organisational change and workforce planning.
• Guiding formal employee relations meetings and preparing documentation.
• Building relationships with senior leaders and trade unions.
• Supporting recruitment, retention and workforce planning initiatives.
• Contributing to HR policy implementation and organisational development projects.
• Using HR data and metrics to identify trends and support decisions.
• Delivering guidance or training on people management matters.
