H.B. Fuller UK is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders, managers, and staff to align HR services with operational priorities.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and coach across levels while coordinating multiple HR initiatives. In this role you will engage with UK sites, drive organisational change, and partner with HR Centres of Excellence to tailor solutions for the UK business.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience.
• Proven success in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated project management experience and delivery of HR initiatives.
• Experience developing and implementing HR systems and processes to improve service delivery.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between UK sites as required.

• Facilitate and support complex employee relations matters through to resolution.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and procedures.
• Partner with managers and employees, providing advice on HR policies, organisational effectiveness, and employee development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Support business leaders in driving organisational change initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits, to deliver effective people solutions tailored to UK business needs.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews, identifying trends that strengthen retention and career development strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programmes to support workforce needs and enhance HR service delivery.
• Support employee development initiatives that promote engagement, capability building, and career growth.
