The role emphasizes employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while leading multiple HR projects. You will partner with managers to drive organisational change, support talent development, and implement robust HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' HR experience.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience delivering HR initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience developing and implementing HR systems and processes.
• Knowledge of TUPE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and resolve complex employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment legislation.
• Partner with managers to drive organisational effectiveness and development.
• Advise on performance management and policy interpretation.
• Support change initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver UK-specific solutions.
• Support lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions and exits.
• Contribute to policy and process improvements and employee engagement.
