Job summary

H.B. Fuller in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and employees, aligning HR services with operational needs.

You will support employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while managing multiple HR projects and continuously improving service delivery. Key responsibilities include advising on HR policies, enabling organisational change, and partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver tailored UK

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience.
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Delivery of HR initiatives through project management.
• Experience developing and implementing HR systems and processes to improve service delivery.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between UK sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support complex employee relations matters through to resolution.
• Provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and procedures.
• Partner with managers and employees, providing advice on HR policies, organisational effectiveness, and employee development.
• Act as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Support business leaders in driving organisational change initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver effective people solutions tailored to UK business needs.
• Support employee lifecycle activities, including internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews, identifying trends that strengthen retention and career development strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programmes to support workforce needs and enhance HR service delivery.
• Support employee development initiatives that promote engagement, capability building, and career growth.
