Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European Head Office team. This role partners with Technology & Business Process and Supply Chain leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR support to drive business success and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
• Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and guidance to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders on organisational change and people initiatives.
• Support delivery of onboarding, offboarding, and HR data accuracy across the business.
• Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
