MiTek is seeking an experienced UK HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders across our UK business. The role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on delivery, translating business priorities into practical people plans while providing expert support across employee relations, change, workforce planning, talent, performance, reward and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP or senior HR adviser in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management.
• Track record building relationships with senior leaders and managers.
• Experience supporting change, restructures or employee consultation.
• Strong influencing, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
• Practical, commercially aware approach with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into people solutions.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters and coach managers.
• Support organisational change, workforce planning and consultation.
• Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Improve performance, engagement and employee experience with data insights.
• Ensure decisions align with UK law and company policy.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
