Birmingham Newman University is seeking a Deputy Director of Human Resources to lead a professional HR team and support staff engagement as the University navigates a changing Higher Education landscape.

You will drive operational HR priorities, partner with the Director of HR, and foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing department while ensuring compliance with employment law and equality and diversity commitments.

Competenze

• Senior HR professional with experience leading HR and OD projects.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and practice.
• Understanding of equality and diversity matters and unionised environments.

• Lead the delivery of operational HR priorities in partnership with the Director of HR.
