Job summary

The University of Leicester is seeking an Assistant Director of HR (Business Partnering) to join the HR Senior Leadership Team. You will help shape and deliver a People Strategy, working closely with the Deputy Director of HR to drive ambitious plans across Colleges and Professional Services.

You will lead the HR Business Partner/Advisory team, delivering strategic HR services, addressing complex employee relations, workforce planning and culture change, and influencing senior leaders and trade

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with extensive leadership experience.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to lead organisational change and complex projects.
