Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior People Partner to join the HR team in Birmingham. This 12-month, full-time contract (37 hours per week) offers a challenging role delivering professional HR advice and leading strategic people projects across the organisation.

The successful candidate will operate at HRBP level with strong stakeholder management, expert employee relations, and a track record of driving inclusion, policy development and recruitment services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering people projects and driving institutional priorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and people management practices.
• Experience reviewing and developing HR policies and recruitment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support on a broad range of people management matters.
• Lead initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR, managers and colleagues to deliver institutional priorities and continuous improvement.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive change.
